Sponsorship Surabaya Symphony Orchestra

I. ANNUAL SPONSORSHIP

a. Subsidiary Sponsorship of IDR 20.000.000 ( twenty million rupiahs)

A 40 % discount will be given to 2009 sponsorship. Thus the sponsorship will only be IDR 12.000.000 (twelve million rupiahs).

The sponsor will get some benefits as follows:

    1. A linkable logo of Sponsor will appear on every webpage of Surabaya Symphony Orchestra for a period of 1 year.

    2. Promotions on 3 concerts of Surabaya Symphony Orchestra (Spring, Independence Day and Christmas Concerts). The compensations for each concert are as follows:

- 4 VIP invitations @ IDR 500.000

- 1 promotion booth at the foyer or a display ad in the program book.


b. Main Sponsorship of IDR 400.000.000 (four hundred million rupiahs).

A 40 % discount will be given to 2009 sponsorship. Thus the sponsorship will be IDR 240.000.000 (two hundred and forty million rupiahs).

The Sponsor will get some benefits, as follows :

  1. A linkable logo of sponsor will appear on every webpage of Surabaya Symphony Orchestra for a period of 1 year.

  2. Promotions on 3 concerts of Surabaya Symphony Orchestra (Spring, Independence Day and Christmas Concerts). The compensations for each concert are as follows:

      • 10 Honorable invitations @ IDR 1.000.000.

      • 10 VIP invitations @ IDR 500.000.
      • Sponsor’s logo on stage background.
      • A display ad in the program book.
      • 1 promotion booth at the foyer
      • 2 minute digital slide show prior to the concert hour.


II. EVENT SPONSORSHIP (for companies and individuals for the approaching concert)

  1. Individual sponsorship:

  • At IDR 1.000.000 (one million rupiahs).

Benefits :

- Sponsor’s name will appear under Donor Column on the website.

- 2 community invitations @ IDR 100.000


- At IDR 3.000.000 (three million rupiahs).

Benefits : - Sponsor’s name will appear under Donor Column on the website.

- 6 community invitations @ 100.000.


  • At IDR 5.000.000 (five million rupiahs)

Benefits : - Sponsor’s name will appear under Donor Column on the website.

- 10 community invitations @ 100.000.

  1. Company Sponsorship :

  • Promotion booth promo at IDR 5.000.000 (five million rupiahs).

  • Co-Sponsorship category at IDR 40.000.000 (forty million rupiahs)

A 40 % discount will be given to 2009 sponsorship. Thus sponsorship will be IDR 24.000.000 (twenty four million rupiahs).

Compensation received from Surabaya Symphony Orchestra will be:

    • Sponsor’s logo on stage background.

    • 6 VIP invitations @ IDR 500.000.
    • 2 Honorable invitations @ IDR 1.000.000.
    • 1/2 page display ad in the program book.
    • 1 promotion booth at the foyer.

  • Concert Main Sponsorship Category at IDR 150.000.000 (one hundred and fifty million rupiahs).

A 40 % discount will be given to 2009 sponsorship. Thus the sponsorship will be IDR 90.000.000 (ninety million rupiahs).

Compensation received from Surabaya Symphony Orchestra will be :

    • Sponsor’s logo on stage background.

    • 50 VIP invitations @ IDR 500.000.
    • 10 Honorable invitations @ IDR 1.000.000.
    • Sponsor’s logo on stage background.
    • 1 page display ad in the program book
    • 1 promotion booth at the foyer.
    • 3 minute digital slide show prior to the concert hour
